Frank who is fairly connected also was quoted that he felt they have 9 young D they like. Also mentioned that moving out a vet D is possible. which is only brodie and murph. and that being not that great next year is not a bad thing with how strong 26th draft is. it would be nice to get to about 70-75 pts and end up bottom 5.

The Kraken, Bruins, and Flyers finished with 76 points and placed bottom 6. I think we'll see a similar finish next year. Gotta hope for the lotto luck either way

Bedard was in the McDavid tier of pre-draft hype and Dahlin was definitely in the Matthews tier, ahead of Celebrini and Lafreniere.

Generational talent - McDavid, Bedard
Franchise player - Matthews, Dahlin
Elite player - Celebrini, Lafreniere, Power
First liner - Hughes, Hischier
Maybe first liner - Slafkovsky

I think I’d have power one lower and Hughes one higher on my list.
