Easton Cowan is one of the most selfish hot dogs on the ice I've seen in quite awhile.

Kid, you haven't done anything yet. Show some humility and get off the ice in overtime when your gassed instead of trying to be the hero.

What an upset by Latvia. Holy smokes!

Easton Cowan hasn’t done anything?? Uhh?
He is a hotdog, no question about that though.

What an effort by Latvia. Capitalized on the PP when they needed too and hung in there at even strength. Wild finish!

Sandin-Pellikka getting a hatrick and an assist in the first game, then going pointless in 8-1 win right after is such a WJC thing. He was third on ice time for the Swedes, and im pretty sure if and when Sweden goes deep in the playoffs, he's their guy.

They stopped him but the team scored 8 goals? Maybe they shouldn't have focused on him and they would lose 5-2

Great opportunity for Haggens to move into or else solidify his spot as the number one draft pick. Schaffer hurt and gone, Martone doing nothing, and Misa not making it. Desnoyers,McQueen not on the team. So far it looks like Haggins is making the most of it

Same with Cole Hutson. An eye-popping 5 assists yesterday and nada today. No biggie when you're on a stacked team.
