Flyers need to draft Rimpinen in the 5-7 round next year. Without a single doubt. Same sized as Lundqvist so not as smallish as Saros (Who's still good).

I held my nose and drafted Bonk with my second to last pick in the fantasy pool fully banking on that incompetence. I'm heartened to see they haven't disappointed me.

Bonk is playing with Schaefer, so there should be lots of As for him. Bonk looked pretty good yesterday, so did Luchanko. Both get PK and PP duty, Jett won some key faceoffs and had/created some good chances. Ruohonen looked OK too, decent on the PK and carrying up the middle.

Really too bad they didn't take Hutson late in the first instead of trading it away. Oh yeah, they already have York, Andrae and Drysdale for smurf D.

Yes, well, we HAD the 32nd pick, from FLA via EDM, but they flipped it for next year's EDM pick, inexplicably. Another really stupid Briere-Jones Production. Cole Hutson should have been a first rounder for sure.

Hutson went #43, 5 D-men were taken between 32 and 42.

Hutson was 5'10 165 at the combine, so the worry was probably that he'd be fine as a sheltered 3rd pair, PP1 QB, but couldn't handle a 20+ minute role physically or defensively. That remains to be seen, of course.

Looks like they are keeping a few roster spots open in case a rash of injuries hits and they need to do some recalls. Makes sense.

Lucky that he plays in an era where the net comes off the pegs. He smacked that net at full speed.

Bonk is so vanilla. Can’t get a shot through. No creativity whatsoever.

Jett can’t even get ice on the PK. Hardly out there.
