2 things that should be done:

1. First, you name your team earlier. And you go striclty with talent, IQ and persistence.
2. Then, you meet that team from time to time and if you can't always have icetime together, you have video. But you do what you can to have practices together.

But frankly, if we would bring the 12 very best forwards and the 6 very best d-men...we'd win this tournament all the time.
