As a Ronaldinho supporter in this debate, one thing I give Neymar the edge in is off field professionalism in terms of training etc, but in the game I still feel that Ronaldinho had more of a competitive edge as well, despite the smile.

Lindros is a great comparable. Perhaps the two athletes I dislike the most
Not sure why anyone would dislike Neymar. He won me over very fun to watch and a good teammate. Just likes partying

Nah, a little more like a poor man's Mario?
Someone with uber talent who could dominate at times, but who's health killed a good portion of his career.
Or maybe Lindros?
Lindros isn’t a what if? ;)

I mean being a madridista and hating life go hand in hand. But as a player he’s fun to watch isn’t mechanical. He’s very easy to admire especially if one would look at his career in the past tense

There’s really no spot for him here. But I guess it’s good to keep tabs

He is also very easy to dislike. But, at least, he is a great brother to his sister.

Bure I think is the clearest comparison, although I have Neymar far higher on an all-time football list than I have Bure on a hockey one. I don't hate the Lindros comp, although Lindros is far more a 'what if' to me than Neymar.
Lmaooo ouch

Garnacho edges closer to a move away from old Trafford. Will be interesting to see how the perception on him changes

As long as it's not to Chelsea...

Missing from the tweet, via RedCafe:

One last important bit: a new striker can only come in if United can free up/gain a lot of money either via an expensive homegrown player sale (Garnacho/Mainoo) or by letting one of their high-wage players leave (Rashford). No new signings are guaranteed even if United have a major departure or two.
