Is Kicker reliable?

I’ve been following him for a good 2 years at least. Curious if he moves in the fantasy league I’m in. I nearly moved for him prior to his move to Wolfsburg.

He is too small for Arsenal. There is no way he is a target for them. Amoura strength is that he knows how to move and he knows where the ball is. Hes kind of like a Trossard/Angel Correa type but I don’t think he can really play on the wing either like those two can.

Arsenal needs their striker to play back to the net/do a ton of donkey work and win in the air. Unless they do a tactical reset, that’s not going to be Amoura. It’s not going to be Gyokeres/Isak/Osimhen either who are just getting linked because they score a lot of goals. They need Sesko (who I am higher on now than I was over the summer; but still think it’s risky) or Liam Delap (who doesn’t have Sesko’s ceiling but would be plug and play into Arsenal’s 18 with no fuss). Weirdly, Delap is kind of the perfect player for them to add right (even more so than Sesko), and I really don’t think Ipswich could turn down a serious bid, but I think they might be big name hunting these guys that aren’t going to be good fits; but we will see.

It kind of reminds me of that summer with the striker musical chairs that put Morata on Chelsea and Lukaku at United, and it just felt like everyone went to the wrong team

"What if" seems overly harsh on "what was," to me.

He is going to be extremely underrated by posterity because of the fitness issues in his late prime and the lack of Ballon d'Or (which is simply not his fault), but I do think he fully reached his potential. He was (IMO, unambiguously) the third best player in the world, non-stop, from 2013 through to 2020. He's the record goalscorer for the NT, who he carried (a fact not recognized by those who lambast him for never having won a World Cup).

If not for Messi and Ronaldo, he'd have multiple Ballons d'Or and no one would raise "what if."

I still think he’s a risky buy. He’s moved the needle a bit this term, can’t really ignore his goal record, but they’ve clearly gotten more desperate now.

Yeah I think the point is to get him some playing time and hope he doesn't look like wet dog ass(LOL). And maybe then we can move him this summer even if it's a loan to buy situation...
