Huggan is a high end recruit any year, I kind of feel like the guys we see like this going forward are local kids who want to play at home.

I mentioned it over on the UNB thread but I’m convinced Justin David will be the best CIS player currently in the MHL. He’s more raw than some of the Jr.A guys with major junior experience but I also find the high end MHL guys who never played in the CHL seem to have lower floors but often higher ceilings as they are very often late bloomers… He’s a future near point a game player in USports.

Years ago Harold Huggan played for Sherwood Parkdale Metros, had great seasons 1979/1980 pretty sure this kid is related
