Considering he's 17, yes.I know they seldom(?) go back once they've played at the WJR's but... technically... couldn't he play?
It's a bit of a nasty list, regardless, but this is our problem for U20; all these players, if they are too good for U18, often end up being too good for U20, where it shows more against the US, which keeps their players administratively down. And Dupont
Yes. The NHL sure does love those U20 Canadian kids. It's a bit of a nasty list, regardless, but this is our problem for U20; all these players, if they are too good for U18, often end up being too good for U20, where it shows more against the US, which keeps their players administratively down.
I was sure he could but I thought maybe I'd missed something.Considering he's 17, yes.
If we can get a goalie, we have a terrific chance of winning the World Championships.Canada is currently on the second longest winning streak in U18 history:
- 18 games - USA, April 14, 2010 - April 22, 2012
- 15 games - Canada, April 30, 2023 - Present
- 12 games - USA, April 14, 2005 - April 22, 2006
