would we rather see mintyukov or zellwegger be the one shipped out? i'm going to guess it'll be zellwegger

Well I am worried Mintyukov is going to get ruined and not be the guy he showed potential of being so you could justify trading him while his value is still high

I don’t see any chance Zellweger or Minty get moved in the next 8 months but you never know.

A Zegras trade is far more likely.

What's the cost of keeping Dumo right now, a 4th or at best a 3rd pick trading him as a rental? For mw, the idea of trading Minty or Zwll in a package for a true FW upgrade is a real possibility, but that's a trade that likely doesn't happen until draft day. For me, what we might get for Dumo as a rental os a small price to pay for that flexibility.

Moving Minty at all is a mistake waiting to happen. I still firmly believe he'll be better than Lacombe in the long run. Zell I could see for a good young winger.

Not criticizing you for this take at all - I just find it interesting how people watching the same team have such differing opinions. I would say exactly what you said but switch Minty and Zellweger.

That’s because Minty is getting mostly defensive starts, while Zell isn’t. @Hockey Duckie has posted the stats in one of the threads, but if I remember right the difference was staggering.
