I like the way the forward lines are set up. That third line is going to be an absolute bitch to play against

I think Stiga is going to be the guy who surprising everyone with how good he is already this tournament.

I too like the third line. Stiga and Ziemer were 2/3 of their U18 NTDP line (with Hagens centering them), so there is some proof of concept putting those two together as wingers, and Oliver Moore is more than capable of centering them.

I like those lines also. I had Moore up with the BC wings and Hagens w Eiserman but I’m ok with this.

I guess I worry a little about having Connolly and Eiserman together. Neither is famous for backchecking. But that’s why Nelson is with them I guess.

I had literally the exact same thoughts, including the reason for Nelson being with them.

I was at the game. Forwards look very strong. Slukynsky played very well. Defence may be a slight problem. They played well except for Colin Ralph had a bad game. Got turned around a few times, could not stick handle at all. Your other tall dman Kleber also had trouble handling the puck. Small problem which might fix itself. Remember first time I have ever seen these guys so just might have been a bad game. Leonard was probably your best player followed by Perreault. Hopefully see you in the finals.

Two questionable selections struggling to move the puck against Slovakia is not very promising.
