This is why Easton Cowan is a junior darling but will struggle at the next level. Was drafted at the bottom of the first round and didn't even play a game with Toronto. He's too selfish of a player. You can see it in his game. Wants to be the hero, doesn't play as a team.

It's works in the OHL when you are more talented than 99% of the people you play against but when he plays with equal to or better talent, it's like he feels he has to show off to prove his worth.

It was Letang last year, but I get the confusion as they're both dopey.

In all fairness, the Team Canada D Team should have been able to handle Latvia easily.

The best players need to be the best players and they have not been so far.
