If I ignore the fact that they’re the Florida Panthers, they’re a blast to watch. The Florida Panthers are what the Boston Bruins were for a fleeting moment in the 2010s, and what they should aspire to be.

Actually, Felger has always been a Bruins fan, though he grew up in Wisconsin.

Is he a professional you know what? Of course. And he's paid a boatload of money because he does his job very, very well.

Mazz knows nothing about hockey.

I haven't listened to 98.5 in 20 years. And I have no desire to do so going forward.

I'll listen to Mike Milbury during the season when guesting on eei, but that's it.

I have legacy hate for eei going all the way back to fat Eddie Andelman.

What's not to like about FLA?

Save the usual bitching about Bennett, etc.,
they are deep, stacked, talented, play a great system in ferocious, dominating fashion, they are winners, their General Manager knows what the f"ck he's doing, and they are Stanley Cup champions with a real chance to win again this post season.

I have no use for the state of Florida, but I love the way the Panthers play. Sorry not sorry.

The only thing many Panthers haters around here have against the team is that they aren't named the Boston Bruins.

Nah. Both teams had high end skills but those Boston teams were legit tough. FLA is more tuned to agitation.

My exposure to their fanbase is through this website, and they are without a doubt the most entitled, obnoxious, not to mention clueless, fanbase on here, and it's not even close. I'd rather have a Habs fan as a roommate than spend 5 minutes with one of those Leafs morons.

I suspect the West winner will be a favorite for the cup. Bettmans nightmare would be a Carolina / Dallas cup final.

Edmonton / Florida round 2 would be entertaining.

Just speaking about this website, they are so entitled, every thread on the main board becomes a Leafs thread. I once saw a poll thread asking who has the greatest one-timer turn into a debate as to whether Auston Matthews has a terrible or just OK one-timer.
