Radivojevic 177 / 5"10
Svrcek 1.78 / 5"10
Chrenko 1.78 / 5"10

I think Alex Misiak is the only player that added few cm this season.

very likely QF v Germany.

that gives us pretty good chance of having another semifinal which would be fantastic, some of those guys already experienced it last year.

Chrenko is 1. roud pick material so far for next year,

Now they have the best possible team to play to go to semifinals. Its the first time in history, Slovakia is as a favorite in 1/4 finals.
Even though we beat them in like 8 out of the last 10 games I think its going to be 50/50.

The first line has not had a good showing in front of many nhl scouts and GM’s.
Agree, their poor skating was exposed.

I don't know if it's just me, but lack of skating abilities seems to me to be a reoccuring issue with slovak prospects. I would assume that same training methods are applied everywhere, so what is it then, the quality of junior coaches?

I agree with your statement that the Slovaks on average are poor skaters. I can see it in U16 every year when we play Switzerland or Germany. All of them are such a good skaters compared to us especially the Swiss players.

Most of our best prospects have a common weakness and its skating. If we get a great skater its usually a player who lacks elite hockey sense.

another semis.

really really happy with our performances.

great skill, forecheck, fight, skating all over the ice and just really nice hockey to look at.

that endgame is something to adress by Dendis and coaching team, but you expect something like that at this level.. just proud at the boys.

The way you put it sounds like you believe that most of these players we watched this evening do have ELITE hockey sense. Hm…

And Misiak… watching him over and over still does not help me see his qualities

That's definitely not what I meant.

Germans are awful skaters too.
