We have had the announcements for the announcements and that has produced a schedule for the announcements pertaining to the schedule to be followed by announcing the schedule.

NBC announces that they will air a game exclusively on Peacock in Week 17 on December 27, but not who is playing in it!

Might be a flex scenario.

Believe it’s only the second time ever that it will be Dallas at Philly in Week 1.

Interesting choice. Dal/Phi regardless is a big numbers game. But, maybe NFL not liking the Cowboys chances this season, so would rather save other potential games for later in the season.

Yeah I’m a bit surprised as well because they don’t really need a big rivalry matchup, but probably says more about WFT that they’d rather save that matchup.

Opening game is typically a good, not elite matchup. I mean, Bal/KC was an elite one last year. Det/KC was not the prior year, at first glance, but the Lions went on to have a strong season.

Den, Chi, Det, LV, Rams, were their non division home games.

I kind of figured Chicago, kind of like how Det/KC was 2 year ago. Detroit they would keep for later in the season.

Saturday, December 20

Eagles @ WFT
Green Bay @ Chicago

How much does the league pay the teams that play overseas? Especially the home team, they're missing out on an entire game's worth of revenue.
All revenue is shared so it doesn’t matter, they mane it in the game that’s still being played.

Only 3 opponents each year are not predetermined and they’re known at the end of the regular season anyways.

I’ll be stunned if the Chiefs aren’t the Friday game in Brazil vs. the Chargers to start the season.
Sounds like Clark Hunt is getting his wish
Yup. 7:15pm on Xmas night and he wants it every year. Brutal.

We already know the Chiefs are going to Brazil.
