Hunter Wendelstedt is a disgrace - thank God for his dad. He F’d Houck & Casas big time

Casas two at bats game 1 & 2 screwed

Aaron Judge just hit his third homer and it's barely the 5th inning

The Yankees have five errors on defense today but they're still up by ten runs lmao

They seem to be legal, assuming they're not considered "experimental" by the manufacturer. I find it amazing that it took 170 years for someone to engineer a bat that slid the sweet spot down

With how stuck in its ways baseball as a whole can be at times, i wouldn't be shocked if this is the first time someone actually tried it lmao.

Doesn't seem to be illegal from what i've read though. Moving the sweet spot is just making one spot on the bat better as opposed to doing something like corking it which boosts the effectiveness of the entire bat.

It'll be interesting to see how the league rules on it. I could see them banning it just to preserve consistency. But if they don't it opens up a new door for analytics to make another mark. Will the bats become uniform for everyone? Will guys start looking at the data to try to optimize it that way?
