Quinn Priester has looked pretty good since leaving the "pitching lab"
He’s been fantastic for Milwaukee. Both as a starter and as a long reliever.

Milwaukee is best in class at developing big league pitching talent. Wade Miley owes the last 4 years of his career to them. Chris Hook is one of the best pitching coaches in MLB, that nobody’s ever heard of…

Terrible trade. Beyond stupid considering the Sox' starting pitching woes.
Fitts and Dobbins passed him by here and he wasn’t gonna get a rotation spot over Buehler or Giolito or Bello either

They got a pretty ridiculous return for him, definitely wasn’t a “terrible trade”. I’m still not sold on Priester either, the only thing he does well is get groundballs. Still doesn’t really miss bats and still walks too many guys for somebody that doesn’t miss bats imo- but I’m sure the Brewers pitching development will continue to turn him into a #2 starter or some malarkey. They have the best pitching development in the league imo

Garbage in garbage out.
None of these players impress me, or is someone I think that can help our team.
Vaughan could open the door for the Brewers to trade Hopkins, who would be a nice addition for the Red Sox at 1B. Brewers need OF. BTW, is Civale regretting his trade demand now?

I remember when a weekend series against the Yankees meant the crew and I would be at the baseball tavern to watch at least 2.

Those were the days
