Red Sox/MLB 2025 Regular Season II

Yes, I know Crochet had 16 k's, but won-loss record still counts and he will be .500 or worse at the end of the year.
You're worried about his personal won-loss record?

He has a career 2.98 ERA, 141 ERA+, 2.81 FIP, 1.135 WHIP, 11.7 K/9, 3.0 BB9.

This season, he has a 1.98 ERA, 201 ERA+, 2.71 FIP, 1.068 WHIP, 10.3 K/9, 2.9 BB9.

Those are ace numbers. He's doing his job to win games.

I misread it. Anyway, he is not pitch-efficient and is a 2.5 pitch pitcher.......Supporting/analytics are good, but not an ace and neither was Degrom that year. Analytics has gone too far. Win loss and at least getting to the 7th still counts.

Please, he had an ERA of 1.70. War of 9.4, highest since 2009. Best pitcher in baseball, hands down.

Garrett Crochet currently leads all of Major League Baseball in Innings Pitched with 68.1.
