I agree. Many years ago, there was lots of creativity. Then I remember one year it got ruined when people flooded the thread with endless posts of photoshopping players' heads on wrestling clips, which noticeably seemed to run off all the others. Then when it started up the next year, I noped out pretty early. Not gonna lie, this is the first time in years I have clicked on the annual thread. Was hoping somehow the glory returned.

It's a far cry from the past. That party boat that collected great photoshop clips from each series as the post season progressed was one of the most epic!

However, I do like it when the logos actually have a connection to the city itself, like the winged wheel for Detroit, the NYI logo where the 'I' points to the location of the arena in Nassau County, and the toilet seat logo for Montreal.

(I kid - Montreal is a great city)
