He's better than Hintz though, so it would be an upgrade at center, he's just a dual sport athleteWe need to bolster our hockey team, not the Olympic diving team
I just can't stand that little f***er because of how much he dives and embellishes every single shift he plays. Don't want to watch that shit every gameHe's better than Hintz though, so it would be an upgrade at center, he's just a dual sport athlete
we have Marchment though? He does the same thing, we're already used to itI just can't stand that little f***er because of how much he dives and embellishes every single shift he plays. Don't want to watch that shit every game
Going from a lower level diver to a top tier one might be a difficult transition though. Think of the childrenwe have Marchment though? He does the same thing, we're already used to it
f*** children. Not literally.Going from a lower level diver to a top tier one might be a difficult transition though. Think of the children
How about Batherson and our first. You get one tier less quality winger but a lot of cap flexibility to find a RHD
Brady is untouchable for obvious reasons.
not us though. We need goalscoring and don't want it. But you're probably right.Am I the only one who thinks we trade Robertson for quantity over quality?
I don't think we see a 1 for 1 or 1 for 2 type of deal. I think he gets traded for 4 or 5 pieces. Maybe a 2nd pairing dman or middle 6 guy is thrown in there as well.
I don't like the idea of that but it wouldn't surprise me with how many picks we've traded away.
I just know though that whatever teams miss out on Marner will be no doubt very interested in Robertson. Very different wingers though. Anyone who needs goal scoring (so almost everyone) should be interested

You don't trade a dollar for 4 quarters, this would be a horrid approach much like Avs did for Rantanen
Yeah, this is already sounding like a terrible idea. You don't trade a dollar for 4 quarters, this would be a horrid approach much like Avs did for Rantanen
One NHL goalie coach with whom D Magazine texted wasn’t overly surprised to see DeBoer find his way into another spat with his starting netminder. “If Oettinger stays in that game, honestly, I think they win Game 5,” the coach said. “But it’s nothing new. [DeBoer] is tough on goalies, and it’s just a matter of when it comes out.”
But in another stunning development, DeBoer also admitted he hadn’t “gotten a chance” to speak to Oettinger before he addressed the media on Saturday. That sent additional shockwaves through the close-knit goalie community. The prevailing thought: pull your No. 1 if you must, but don’t leave him hanging without contact before speaking with reporters a second time after the move.
And it’s not that Oettinger is difficult to get a hold of. In fact, I texted him over the weekend, and he responded. If he’s taking time to answer texts from me, he certainly would have the time to talk to his head coach.
My thought exactly.“If Oettinger stays in that game, honestly, I think they win Game 5,” the coach said.
This goalie coach is high. The Stars needed 60 minutes to score three. There was no way they were keeping the Oilers from scoring another goal or three the rest of the game.
What Neil Graham has done down there is super impressive and I don’t see why they wouldn’t go down that route, especially when you look at Edmonton. That’s exactly what they did. Hired within.Neil Graham going to win the Calder Cup and Stanley Cup in back to back years.
Love that for him.
