His numbers, specifically power, suggest a downward trend that isn't going to get better hitting at Fenway somehow.

Yes he's still a GG 3B defensively, but that's just not a player you take on.

If Chaim was a better manager of Major league talent he would still have a job, IMO. Guy couldnt make a decision, and when he did it was pretty meh. Credit is due for the player development.
