I like college hockey, and as such I've liked Carle given that it's been borderline impossible to not be aware of Denver during his tenure as a result if you follow college hockey, so I'm cautiously optimistic about what he'd bring to the table for us, especially for a team badly in need to guiding teens and twenty-somethings to the next level.

Guessing Carle gets done soon. Denver turns over a ton of talent and it appears their incoming class is a little thinner on the high end talent then you would expect given recent successes which may make it a desireable time for Carle to take the next step. Carle fits so well with all the guys he has coached with so many WJC team USA alumni in the Hawks organization. Get him a vet NHL top assistant and let him and the kids grow organically over the next couple of seasons together.
