Bennett is a dirtbag but they could have prime Hasek in net and they don't win this series. Woll stood on his head in the 4 periods before this 2nd. Gives up the Jones goal and the Leafs just lose it. That is happening regardless of Stolarz or Woll.

Another hot take but not a new one for me, I don't want the Ducks to pay Marner 12-14m a year man. I know 100 point players don't grow on trees but I just don't feel like he's worth it.

Said it in a group chat but this Toronto core, for whatever reason, never developed a killer instinct. There's no urgency. There's no shifting to a higher gear from these superstars to take over games. In big game moments they just end up looking incredibly average. It's part of why I'm not super hyped on signing Marner here. I know we're a ways off from contending but the culture matters and he'd be contributing to the culture.
