If they resign Marner, i think they go bridge route on Knies (something in the Zegras range lets say 3x6)
Tavares prob gets 7-8 over 2-3 years. Even if i go the low amounts thats

I think you’re low on Marner and Knies and way high on taveras. If Marner stays he gets $14M AAV imo. Taveras won’t get more than $5 AAV to stay and if I’m Knies, I want medium term (4-6 years) for high single digits (8-9).

If Knies wants to use the offer sheet threat as leverage, then he could ask for a minimum of $9.16M AAV, because that’s probably where an offer sheet would come in.

As I mentioned elsewhere, his agent should be pushing that angle just because he can. Knies age and current performance have put him in a very sweet spot.
