Can't see a West team not winning the Cup and can't see the Jets beating the Oilers. Dallas having to go through 7 in Colorado and probably 6-7 vs Winnipeg and face the Oilers who have had 2 very easy series will be tough.

The crazy thing is, I've never felt Marchment is a diver. He's just ungainly and not great at holding his balance on his skates.

Not that Wash would take anyone’s advice and I don’t care to see them win anything… so I’m just amazed that coach Marbury doesn’t see the obvious or doesn’t have the guts to make the obvious change.

Ovechkin hurts their PP big time, especially against Carolina, who play the aggressive PK, while Ovi stands still. So it looks like a 4-on-4 with a statue.

I'm a little late with this since my last visit. Congrats on beating us down. I think the positive thing I took out of our series is the national media and anyone who are not a cat or bolt fan thought from the outside looking in, there was hate between our teams. Everyone thought we beat out the Ontario rivalry.

I'm glad for that even though it wasn't as close as I would have liked but I'll take that as a victory for our rivalry and Florida.

The cross-state rivalry may be finally heating up for me. In the past we weren’t up to your level so it never rose up to that. I’m perhaps in a clear minority here but pre-2023 at least, after we were out of the playoffs, or didn’t make them at all, I pulled for Lightning, because it was great to see the elitist commentators struggle to acknowledge that Florida had a great team.

I admired Stammer, liked Hedman, feared Vasy, thought Point was super dangerous… I only disliked Kuch because of how good he is but coupled with the other stuff.

But now Hagel is making hating Tampa a lot easier. Plus Kuch plus Cirelli. Plus Cooper. I’ll be polite for once and not say what I think of them.
