Ottawa is extremely inexperienced and on the road. I don't think the Sens are a good metric as to where the Leafs really are. If they did this against the Panthers, Lightning, Capitals I would have a different opinion.

The trip they just let go in the Caps vs Habs was worse than either of the penalties they called to give the leafs a 5 on 3 last night. Was basically a slew foot the Habs player took out Carlson and nothing called.
