i believe EP is the most down on frondell of any of the bigger independents. he's 12th on their list.

Perhaps the difference between 4th pick and 7th pick isn't really as clear as many posters thought.

No expert, as you call them, has released a final ranking. You are going by old rankings.

The only reason NHL Central Scouting releases it's final rankings this early is because General Managers for years have requested the list to coincide with the end of the NHL regular season.

I tried this once, somehow the Penguins ended up with the top 2 picks, and the Bruins got Michael Misa at 7
