Seems like it may be a draft where any of the top 6 players may be available when the bruins pick. Who is the player most people want? I think i want hagens, but martone seems like a bruin type of player

Have to remember that Pasta was physically underdeveloped and Frondell is much more mature, so not quite apples to apples. Would be happy if the bruins get him.

We just dumped a bunch of good character guys (extremely happy about it). Im sure we can find a guy at the top of the draft that's offensively talented and still calls his mother.

DS scares the shit out of me that's why we need to win the lottery, take his choices away. Can't trust his scouting staff either until they prove otherwise.

Why would you possibly think this? The Bruins could end up 9th or 10th, he’s a center, he’s very highly regarded. You want Sweeney to just scout the top 5 and then hope he hits the lottery?

Latest NHL mock draft (two drafters) has him going 8th and 10th.

Bleacher Report 4 days ago he goes 11th.

Daily Faceoff 10th.

Pronman 10th.

And there are typically three defensemen who go above him.

They start winning and end up 7th and move down after lottery you’re in the McQueen/O’Brien tier. Were you mad Sweeney was scouting McQueen too?

He has been a faster riser and the Bruins can finish two draft picks worse than where they finish.

Some of us don't like McQueen, and would not take the massive gamble in the top 10, but I certainly expect Sweeney to do due diligence on anyone who might be a top 15 player

Bruins would need 1 heck of a trade to snag Carbonneau too.He is going in top half the 1st round for my money .He is going to be a player.
