tbh if im bottoming out, i could care less about Hagens. He's an Islanders fan anyway.

This team should be drafting only centers and LHD the next two years.
Agreed. Martone's numbers as a D-1 are getting harder and harder to ignore. Don't think 1st overall good but top 3 for sure. I still expect the top 3 to go Hagens, Schaefer, and Martone barring a huge or disappointing WJC from one or two of them.No doubt they need Centers. Personally i would rather Hagens. He literally is from my neighborhood. Would be amazing to see a Hauppauge kid go 1OA.
Some of the draft specialists are changing their tune on 1OA. Not a 1 man show anymore. Turning into a 3 horse race.
I don't think we're drafting either Hagens or McKenna, so it's moot, but Perreault has played all of 16 games with Hagens, and not all of them on the same line. I'm pretty sure that, in the very unlikely event that we draft McKenna, Perreault would be able to build chemistry with him.Chemistry matters more in hockey.
By any miracle, get me Misa.
Or Frondell.
Whenever the Rangers draft centers regardless of two way players, top end talent or bottom line forwards like MCConnell-Barker, Rempe, Korczak, this team moves them to wing. Cant wait for them to do this with Laba. That is. Rangers scouting issue. Shocked they never moved Chytil to winger full time.A lot will change but I get a kick out of the idea that in a season where the Rangers might be bad and have a high pick, the potential number 1 prospect is a big winger.
Like god, can’t one of these times be a sure fire 1C lmao
