OT: 2025 MLB Thread

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
I had no idea that the Twins have spent only $8 million in the last two offseasons. The Pohlads can't sell the team fast enough.

Kinda wish the Yankees had swooped in on Alonso for that cheap and short instead of going for Goldschmidt. That guy's bat is totally cooked.

Also, when I was looking for a story of the policy change, I learned that the Yankees have SIX injuries and they haven't played a single game yet. This includes Stanton who could be out for a good stretch. 🫠

pay me millions i'll shave anything you want me to but not at my old job's pay i wont

years ago at old job the health and safety rep showed up on a site at lunch and tried to hand me a disposable razor and a can of shaving cream. i was next in line for a fit test for a mask and they wanted clean shaven. i said, 'not a f***ing chance' and laughed at her.

she replied, "do i have to call the owner or president and see what they say?"

more laughter from me as i pull out my work cell.... 'i can call myself if you want, still wont happen'

i never did end up shaving and still have a beard today at new job

The Yankees of the 70's Bronx Zoo had some facial hair and mid 80's Don Mattinigly had the broom under his nose. When did the Yanks go full no facial hair?

The no facial hair rule has always been stupid and had nothing to do with winning. Look at how shit the Islanders are to show it has nothing to do with anything.

Even dumber when they would be allowed to grow them for the playoffs as an exception and you know.... Win Stanley Cups lol

This is the funniest baseball fall from grace since John Rocker pitched for the Long Island Ducks.

i wonder what the girth was on elton's bat when he played dodger stadium

Make fun all you want, Elton was responsible for Lennon's last real concert appearance.

There was a later TV appearance at a private show for an industry insider but it wasn't a public concert appearance.
