He has done so in multiple playoff series before. People just need to set a narrative and overinterpret small sample sizes accomplished at different times over many years.

Braves start the season 0-4.

I think they are a good team but not 'one of the best teams' in baseball which seems to be consensus talk in the media.

I don't think their bullpen is any good. Even starting rotation took a hit losing Fried and Morton. Strider coming back will help. Offense is also a little unreliable without Acuna.

I guess when they get their stars back, they will be a team to watch in the 2nd half. But they dont want to fall too far back in the standings in the early months.
