2025 MLB Regular Season Thread: the Baseballening

The season begins at 6am EDT the next two days on Fox and FS1 respectively, with two games in Japan between the Dodgers and Cubs. And then thru will return to play other games that do not count. But these two do. Without live announcers.

From what I can tell, the local Cubs (Marquee) and Dodgers (SNLA) broadcast teams are in Japan though and broadcasting the 2 games. So it might be why FOX was like ''whatever, do it remotely'' since these games will barely be watched considering when they are on and the local broadcasts being available to CHI and LA fans.
