I want to go back to this tweet. Am I the only one who feels led astray by the "no other big names" report? I would absolutely consider Montgomery a big name.

Because the White Sox didn't want him getting in the way of franchise immortality.....Someone tell me why after the All-Star Break this year Garrett Crochet didn't pitch more than four innings in a single one of his 14 starts
I think they soured on him when he took his time coming back from injury last year.
Casas had 35 homer 100 walk 500 OPSCasas for Castillo is an all time stupid move. Don't do it Craig, just use MONEY and sign Burnes.

Breslow was on mlb network with Amsenger, Casey, and Verducci yesterday seemed pretty high on Casas. Said he’s a 40 homer bat
power and control of strike zone like Casas has is rare - although I do agree Cora dream is Bregman on team (3B?) & Devers (1B?)The more Craig talks up Casas the more I think he's trading him. Sincerely.
Don’t even joke about thatThat's cause the trade's actually Roman Anthony for Castillo
Yup I’d say not a stretch he is best player they got when all said and doneI want to go back to this tweet. Am I the only one who feels led astray by the "no other big names" report? I would absolutely consider Montgomery a big name.
Sour in him all you want. He's worth more that freaking Luis Castillo straight upI think they soured on him when he took his time coming back from injury last year.
And the nonsense from Casas when asked what he learned about himself coming back from the injuryI think they soured on him when he took his time coming back from injury last year.

What a warrior Triston Casas is
he’s extremely bright so not surprisedI mean, he did take thousands of mental at bats while rehabbing...
Lot of Casas hate
I love the guy - so much a drafted him last March in my APBA league
The nails painting isn’t my bag but all the rest of it is right up my alley
Love the zaniness - hope he stays and keeps it coming beats Benintendi and others going out of way to give boring short answers
I'm not a big Bregman guy, but you're underrating him pretty drastically here. He's not the guy we saw in 2018 and 2019, but for the rest of his career, he's been around a 4+ WAR guy, including for 3 years straight, and would've likely hit those numbers in '21 as well if he wasn't injured. Averages 25 hr and a high OBP. He's Taylor made for Fenway.Casas was good outside of the injury he's not Bobby Dalbec.
Can't Devers DH and play some LF/1B if we got Bregman for 3rd. Hell have a year where he becomes unplayable as an every day 3B soon enough maybe even next year.
Bregmans big seasons are pretty far behind him what's he gonna cost 3/60? If he wants something for a lot more or longer walk away.
I would not sign Buhler off of a couple of good starts for his super team after a couple years of struggles. Unless he's really cheap and short term.

Could be worse I guess. Would love to get Dylan Cease assuming they don't have to give up any of the big three, and they can sign him to an extension.Buehler
They would definitely want value for taking on Yoshida, but I would be happy to oblige.I would not be against a Yoshida/Castillo deal. They you could move Raffy to DH and sign Bregman. Or keep Raffy at 3B and sign Hernandez
