2025 Hfboards NFL Mock DRAFT Discussion

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

Really happy with both picks (and both drafts so far in general). Expected both Ayomanor and Collins to be late 2nds, so snagging them in the mid 3rd feels like good value while filling big needs for both teams.

f***. I really wanted Skattebo at 89 and figured he'd be there.

Has some question marks at the NFL level, but the physicality and college production are undeniable. Every single game I watched, he just took over by himself. He and Jeanty were the most dominant RBs I've seen in college in a few years.

I was thinking of taking him to make him the Mike Alsott to Jeanty’s Warwick Dunn.

WR-HB-WR probably isn’t a realistic mock and there’s two people I would’ve went with instead. But cowboys may have the worst skill group in the NFC and I’m f***ing tired of it. Especially when Stefon Diggs is getting 26m guaranteed

Texans draft is finished.

I feel like I addressed the major needs well enough.

Despite the flurry of actual moves in the last two weeks, the OL remains the biggest weakness on the team. Most of those moves are short term solutions (if they're even even solutions at all). Simmons may still be a Day 1 starter, and both he and Mbow should feature on the line by 2026.

Harris was an easy choice, he compliments Collins well and provides added depth to a depleted position. Ole Miss is a WR factory, and when Harris is on, he's unstoppable.

The trio of Hunter, Anderson Jr, and Collins on the DL lets that front be highly disruptive no matter the offensive play. Collins' run stopping ability is a big need on a defensive line currently focused on the pass rush.

I thought about a RB at 89, but the value just wasn't there with 8 of them already gone.

Pretty happy overall, feels realistic and I think I got good value at every pick.

Those are two great pieces for Houston with both solid floors and meaningful upsides. Well done.

FWIW Mike Tice has Simmons ahead of both Membou and Campbell. That injury is going to end up being tremendous value for someone.

Ravens to meet with William & Mary OT Charles Grant

In this mock draft, they were intrigued 🫡

I love athletic OL who were wrestlers and play like it. That's such a Ravens pick. (complimentary)

Found a value pick and at a position of need with the other Shemar from the Texas A&M front 7. Think he could go a round earlier IRL, and got him at the end of the 3rd.

Can rotate behind Hargrave and Allen initially and hopefully eventually become a starter by 2026 as they are both in their 30s.

@GKJ Great pick. Way too late. I have him at RB2. That combination of balance through contact, vision, and sudden and deliberate change of pace just doesn't come around too often. Reminds me so much of Kyren Williams.

Some good value picks in the 4th. Sampson's a steal this late and if the Raiders didn't have so many holes I would've took him to pair up with Judkins. Femi Oldego is a rising prospect who could go late 2nd so really good value there imo. Stutsman is a nice pick too, I basically flipped a coin between him and Carter.

Viability as a receiver may be a question though, but Kellen Moore has operated with that limitation quite often
