In the first post CHL-NCAA agreement OHL Priority Draft, there is some measure of uncertainty as to when the top US players will be selected. Drafting US players, even those committed to the US NTDP, no longer present a massive risk for OHL team as in the past. GM may be willing to select a player that can play in the OHL, after two years of development with the US-NTDP, especially if it aligns with their OHL team’s rebuild.

Having prefaced my Round 2 Mock Draft with those uncertainties, my focus was primarily on the Ontario based players (with a few exceptions).

ROUND 2…an extension to those 1st rd players selected by hf board members. Teams with multiple picks are bolded.

Kitchener - Cannon Thibodeau USA (RF) - Toronto Marlboros GTHL (5.10 / 155)
Guelph - Carter Kunopaski (LD) – Ottawa Valley Titans HEO (6.01 / 190)
Sarnia - Cruz Reznik (G) Toronto Red Wings GTHL (6.03 / 180)
Peterborough - Alex Forrest (LD) – Oakville Rangers OMHA West (5.10 / 150
Owen Sound - Lincoln Edwards (LF) – Don Mills Flyers GTHL (5.10 / 160)
North Bay - Jack Johnson (RD) – Toronto Marlboros GTHL (6.02 / 180
Windsor - Reid Hayes (RF) –Windsor Jr. Spitfires Alliance (5.11 / 155)
Peterborough - David Buchman (LD) – Ottawa Valley Titans HEO (5.11 / 170)
Ottawa - Alex Campeau (LF) –Eastern Ontario Wild HEO (6.02 / 155)
Sudbury – Vaughan Barr (G) – Huron-Perth Laker Alliance (6.00 / 170)
Erie - Matthew Perreault (RD) – Toronto Titan GTHL (6.00 / 165)
Barrie - Jax Pereira (LF) – Toronto Jr. Canadiens GTHL (5.10 / 160)
Guelph - Sam Roberts (RF) – Toronto Jr Canadiens GTHL (6.01 / 175)
Flint - Aleksandr Sementsov (LF) – Halton Hurricanes OMHA West (5.09 / 155)
Sudbury - Matthew Henderson (LD) – Huron Perth Alliance (5.11 / 160)
Brampton - Carter Lewandowski (LF) – Vaughan Kings GTHL (6.01 / 190)
Saginaw - Trevor Daley Jr. USA (LF) Florida Alliance North (5.10 / 170)
Owen Sound - Karsten Barbeau (RF) – Ottawa Myers Automotive HEO (6.02 / 180)
Sarnia - Johnny McLaughlin (INJ) (LF) – Lambton Jr. Sting Alliance (6.00 / 160)
London - Alexander Milojevic USA (LF) Chicago Mission (6.00 / 170)

…there are still several other ONTARIO based players (and US) that belong in round 2, but I took a few strategic chances on US players and a player injured all season (but a top-end talent) .

Certainly would be interesting to see a few others 2nd round mock drafts by individuals or groups for comparison and for fan bases to take a look at.
