I'm totally good with Miro playing on the second unit. Give him the easy shift where there's next to no contact and where he's a clear upgrade over Lindell playing those minutes.why would you burn any minutes he can play on the PP? that's what harley is for
I haven’t been able to watch a lot of game since we acquired Rantannen but I thought last game (once we was put on a line with the Finns) was the best he has looked. Still differing too much but he looked more confident out there.Rantanen having zero points in two games and not really scoring many goals since joining the Stars is getting noticed by national writers and is the single thing being talked about ahead of game three.

Mikko Rantanen’s struggles are entirely understandable — but entirely unacceptable
A still-getting-his-feet-beneath-him Rantanen is still a really good Rantanen. But really good isn’t good enough against the revamped Avs.www.nytimes.com

Struggling Mikko Rantanen in spotlight as Dallas Stars-Avalanche shifts to Colorado | TSN
Dallas Stars winger Mikko Rantanen was always going to be in the spotlight in a first-round series against the team he starter the year with. A poor start to the series against the Colorado Avalanhce, though, has only added to the pressure facing the 28-year-old.www.tsn.ca
He makes some fantastic passes for sure, but at the end of the day, he's going to need to put up points. Looking good has to cross over into actual production.I haven’t been able to watch a lot of game since we acquired Rantannen but I thought last game (once we was put on a line with the Finns) was the best he has looked. That is an insane decision. They’ve got the perfect excuse to put him on the second unit (hasn’t played in months, playoffs, etc.) without any hurt feelings. The added detail was skating with the first PP unit, so expect to see Harley demoted once Miro is back. The PP being better with Harley back there seems to not matter.
Where did you see that? The added detail was skating with the first PP unit, so expect to see Harley demoted once Miro is back. The PP being better with Harley back there seems to not matter.
Heika said it on some show today. I heard the clip of him talking on the Ticket.Where did you see that?
ALSO ... to all the Benn critics. He once again shows he's a true gamer when games matter the most.
Most here would’ve been ecstatic if before the series they had been told that the series was split going into game 5Maybe I spoke too soon after game 1- However I gotta remind my self the series is definitely not over and focusing on winning game 4 will be huge for us. Really won’t want them tying the series up in game 4.
