This could be the rare case where we are equally excited at drafting a player... don't mess this up, Wings.
I'm 50/50 between him and Eklund as my favorite and it's a coin toss for which I'd select. I see a world where Bear is a more successful NHLer faster because of his size, though. Both have about the same potential as that top 6, likely top tier 2nd line winger or a good top line support winger that pots 50-60 points a year.
Bear is definitely safer of the two, and I think that he's at worst going to become a Tyler Bertuzzi that knows how to play defense. Or a David Perron with wheels. That's a pretty good outcome at 13.
