Pronman sure has high hopes, Cootes over Eklund.... i don't believe in such luck. But i could see Smith in there instead of Cootes. Better not get my hopes up. What a steal it would be...

Smith was flat out bad in the U18s. I think he hurt his stock.

Yup. He's definitely a faller. Two weeks ago I would have bet even money he'd go top 10. Now, he's likely going to be around at #13.

Park was my Wings mock draft 4th round pick last year. I'd take him again.

He is a good 2nd or 3rd round option, especially in this class

I don’t see how he’s like AA or Zadina at all. If he is similar to anyone who has played for Detroit recently, it’s probably Sprong.

In a draft like this full of likely flawed players in our range, yes I would take a shot on him. But I understand I am higher on him than consensus. I do think it’s harder to evaluate players from the Q because the quality of competition is not as good.

This is a weird throwback but maybe Emerson Etem?
