I don't know what happened last year, but no press was at the combine. Looks like things got back to normal this year.
Maybe the novelty of Florida/Edmonton in the final wore off.

So many very tall kids in this draft year. Quite the contrast from the last few years where you were lucky to have a forward hit 6' clean.

I think there is a bad answer. Read one here yesterday. Basically it was answering with more questions - “game night?” “First time occurrence?” Etc …

It would come across as evasive when the details are irrelevant. They’re asking about Suzuki being somewhere he shouldn’t be.

They’re probably looking for a confident answer and hopefully something interesting or outside the box.

Or if they have knowledge of the team, showing a vested interest.

If they answer that he’s the captain and hasn’t missed a single game in his career, and that his effort is never in question, why say anything.

Usually (as an interviewer), you want to see that the candidate knows hard facts. That they took the time to inform themselves.

You want to improve what.technically exactly


With.those questions you can have a guess of who has the most chances to improve.more in the next few years.and.trying to guess who will be the best at.23 years.ôd for.example
