This whole thing about Sweeney trading into the top 5, else dealing the pick, makes no sense. Must be smoke.

There is simply no way to know if the guy you like at #5 is going to be there at #7. So obviously you wait till you're on the clock at 7 before doing anything.

If Martone falls to 7 (as he very well might), lol don't tell me you don't snap pick him
It makes no sense because it's coming from Slainte

It really is

In 2 weeks from today the UFA insanity is going to start

Living here with the chaos and ups and downs and drama of our 4 major sports teams is so much fun

I’m enjoying the Bruins off season while watching to see just what the devil gave Brad Marchand in return for his soul
I don't root for Florida, but I REALLY root for Marchy. He's been incredible.

He's scored the 2 biggest goals of their post season, with the Game 3 OT goal against Terranna, and then the Game 2 DOT goal against Edmonton. It seems that everyone of this goals has been hugely important.

I don't see any drop off after 5. I see the big drop after Schaefer and Misa, then it's almost even for the rest of the top 8 to 10. In no order, I have: Desnoyers, Haagen dazs, Frondell, Martone, JOB, McQueen, Martin, and Eklund for 3-10. Any of those guys would be a good player to have.

Keep the pick or trade up to #2.

I’m looking for a centre in the top 10. I like Eklund a lot though. And Aitcheson is an animal. I love players like Martin and Aitcheson.

Aitcheson crushes ppl then beats up anyone that challenges him after. He also has offensive instinct and a cannon of a one timer. One timers are hard to save even for nhl goalies.
I'm a big fan of Aitcheson too but probably wouldn't take him in the top 10. There's definitely a lot to like about his game though.

I'd prefer a C as well but I'd be fine with either Martone or Eklund. We have needs everywhere so I hope they just pick whoever they feel is the BPA.

Final rankings from Craig just dropped. All I have to say is WOW

Id rather them take who someone else thinks is BPA vs taking who they think is BPA

Yes. And he doesn't look for "quality over quantity," now does he?

McQueen at 5?

I like Craig Button but I don't think so.

If Hagens is there I take him.

I would be happy with Eklund too.

If those guys aren't there, the rest of the consensus suspects in the top 10 would be fine with me.

I would only add that Brady Martin, as much as I like everything I've heard about him, is probably not a player I would draft at 7 if other needs can be met.

I think some are bitter, still calling him old/past injuries and he should retire after this. Boston sports fans I find particularly negative. It grows tiresome and is probably a reflection of their own lives…

I love every moment of these playoffs and he is going to get PAID, and keep playing fantastic hockey after this season no matter where it is.

There's a big difference getting up for a playoff run sniffing a Cup at age 37 then there is training in summer for an 82 game schedule.I think the Bruins did him right with another chance at a Cup but also we're smart not handing him a big deal with any term.Florida & Boston are definitely at 2 different stages with their programs.

A lot of people were bitter that Bourque asked out, but I was supportive and rooted for him. He didn't quit on da Broons, Sinden did.
