I think he'll get looks... he's a bottom 6 heart and soul type player. As more guys fall off I'm expecting Kase and Sustr with Simon Hrubec in net.lol
Starting to be convinced the Czechs opened their own group chat and all said 'f*** it' to this years World's.
Ok I am here to join the discussion, and will start with pesimistic take as always lol.
Not only we will have very few NHLers in the lineup this year (and no Pasta), but even our top euro guys starting to drop one by one ... Kase. now Tomasek, I think Sedlak will not come too.
I am starting to fear this will be a 2023 level weakass team and Rulik gonna have to pull off a coaching masterclass to cook some sucess out of this.
At the same time we won last year, so If we get kicked out in QF this year It wont be a big tragedy.

I don't think it'll be a big tragedy. I actually expect it.lol.
However.. I don't think we are the only NT sending a weak squad for our standards. This has non NHL Olympics vibes to me.lol.
My only dream is that we play younger guys for experience. So I welcome Vojtech hradec and cibulka and a quarter final exit. Get sale in there too.
But I agree.. I get the feeling we are going to be frustrated with the nominations and the results.
I'd rather watch young guys get killed than old ones lol. So no Sobotka, repik or Jordan lol.

Here is our latest roster.
I was surprised about Kubalik. I knew this team was going to be more Euro but I didn't expect the Euro guys to not go either. Eg. Tomasek/Kubalik/O. Kase could've been our top line and they are all out.lol
Pasta is not ruled out anymore, and will make a decision after the seasson. That's the only positive development in the last few day.
At least Kovarcik is there, hope he doesnt get hurt before the tourney starts lol.
Only two points so far. T.Galvas should have been here too imo ar least for the first couple of friendlies. And big shame Petr Sikora got injured, would love to see him here too

He'd be a national hero. If he grabs him and Zacha and they show up together. They'd be top line with Cervus probably.
I don't see it happening personally and totally understand if he says no. It'd be a nice bonus though. He seems to know how to get us medals!

Kulich will be sent to AHL for PO, it makes me absolutelly furious, but it is what it is..
I really hope for Zacha and Hronek to be our leaders. both have contracts, both are healthy (Hronek was injured but that was long time ago) so lets go ... Vej in the net would be nice too
Who else? Klapka and Lauko to 4th line? They dont have contracts, but can raise their potential stock with a good WCH. Maybe Palat if he gets kicked out in 1st round ? Hertl is no chance even if available imo, Rutta is out. It will not be much for sure.
From AHL hopefuly Spacek, maybe Svozil too? Jiricek is a big hit for sure ... f***in Texas must be 1st again so we will probably never see Blumel again lol .. who else? Mysak, maybe Jenik, Chmelar? Would love to see Sale, but Coachella is going to PO too
Who do we have left from those straight up top euro players, who hadnt refused yet? Cervus, Zadina, Sedlak ?
Its gonna be a wild tournament, I am really curious what Rulik can cook out of this lol

I would do it, but czech coaches are too conservative in general for such a moves
