AEW 2025 All Elite Wrestling/Ring of Honor #10: The Rise of Wheeler Yuta

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
That was a pretty stellar Dynamite. Not often is the Ospreay match the weakest on the card.

That spike spot was gnarly.

I predicted Hangman/Swerve vs. Hurt Syndicate last week but now with Hangman entering the Owen, I could definitely see Hangman vs. Swerve for the world title as a possibility. I still think Mox retains though.

That spiked bat being stuck in Mox’s back was one of the nastiest things I’ve seen in quite some time. The aftermath didn’t look as bad as I thought it would but I definitely though a good chunk of his back was going to be torn away

Mark Davis should be used as a real guy like Hobbs/Brody/Bill.

Starkz is really good prospect with the height and athleticism.

Toni was in rare form ("I'm not afraid of anyone named Bane, I get my back broken every week")

Any thoughts on the Moxley/Spike spot? I thought people thought the things on Spike were fake (rubber?) or at least not real nails due to a closeup shot during the Cage feud. Whatever material they were for their match last night obviously it penetrated Mox's skin and when someone tried to pull it out you could see his skin stretching as the weapon was being pulled away.

Where is Hayter?

Hayter was having Visa issues...

Couple of more episodes that were really well paced and fun...

Billie starks has a bright future, needs to hit weight room and be a bit more serious looking...she still has the "i can't believe I'm here" look to her expressions...

Wish I understood who was the heir to mone...they aren't really building much there

Definitely over the DR story, I hope it doesn't go until Darby returns

I don’t think they know. Maybe Kamille. The problem you have when someone is holding belts in different companies is that you all have to agree about when to beat them.

They're definitely doing Athena/Mercedes at some point, likely All In. Mercedes/Billie planted the seeds for it and she was throwing massive shade in her interview afterwards.

That + it'd be a fantastic match.

Swerve vs MJF never happened so it seems like it would be good timing to do that feud for All In, unless they did at Double or Nothing first and then went with your Page/Swerve idea.

Ospreay in title match is pretty signalled at this point with him looking at the All In sign etc.

Hurt Syndicate kind of seem like the team that's booked to dominate everyone then they get the belts off without getting pinned like a multi team ladder match or something. Like Tony making Outrunners climb the ladder and get kids are happy babyface pop seems like something he might do.

First show I’ve watched since getting back to the U.S. It’s funny how wrestling not being live can impact interest in watching it. You see the highlights and the investment required for the whole thing becomes substantial.

The leg slapping was off the charts in the main event, but damn, it made the moves look really good. Forget the Outrunners. Give us the Hurt Syndicate vs. Murder Machines.

Well she just made the list. And now I'll sit back and wait for Jussi to post that the " the list " was a WWE gimmick and doesn't belong in an AEW thread.

in ten years jericho will be wrestling that kid on his cruise. LONG TERM STORY TELLING

I'm really starting to enjoy AEW again. Feels like they have a ton of focus again. It's really in its ECW variaty show with bigger budget era. They seem to really be leaning into their identiy as the alternative.
