I’m a guy that thinks Kyle has done an incredible job. I want to identify a potential weakness in Kyle Davidson. It is not a weakness yet. But I want to see him trade a player he’s drafted. He is really obsessed with his guys right now and rightfully so. An example would be Oliver Moore. Oliver Moore did not deserve 9 NHL games based on anything he’s done on the ice. Now, Moore played well and produced and all is well but I just get the sense that he’s just really loyal to these guys. Even though he didn’t draft them Kurashev and Reichel are STILL here.

No no no. I’m saying that people know things before they happen. They know more about what’s going on but they can’t say things. The hawks are not a super buttoned up team. Powers Laz Seravelli and others leave bread crumbs. We are seeing it now with Carle. We saw it before with the Levshunov pick, with Jones, all that stuff that’s what I meant.

Seravelli is on the Hawks payroll. If bread crumbs are being left for him, it's on purpose.

Especially the stuff he has said on CHSN, a network co-owned by Danny Wirtz.

Anyone want to backtrack after I got lots of disagreement on the Dickinson stuff? He’s beyond gone. Got butthurt probably about losing time to youngsters. Probably explains the argument with Foligno at practice and leaving practice early. Maybe they started practicing specials and he took his ball and went home. You know the Levshunov pick, the Richardson, the Dickinson and jones stuff. It’s not hard to figure out what’s going on in this organization. People drop breadcrumbs all the time on the beat. They just don’t say it directly.

Its amazing we are even doing this but the last game Dicksinson played in involved him getting into a rough fight vs Jake Neighbors in STL. Neighbors boarded the hell out of a Hawk and Dickinson stepped up like a great teamate and fought that mf. Didnt come back onto the ice after the fight

This is all about Tazem saying Dickinson was upset about losing his spot in the lineup to the young players by talking about a practice meltdown that occured before the young guys were even joining the team enmasse

he then doubled down saying he faked an injury or some bullshit and quit on the team when the last game he played in he injured his hand standing up for a teammate who just recieved a dirty hit.

Just a dumb narrative all around I expect this from the mainboards and the average idiot on reddit but not here lol

Hockey and business wise it makes sense - need a linemate for Bedard that will not command a ton of term, its season 100 so lot of marketing opportunity, but its so so unlikely to happen...Feel like Kane might go to Toronto to play with Matthews if Marner leaves...The Detroit thing isnt working, Toronto maybe tries some patchwork to compete, makes sense for both sides

I honestly don't believe Kane wants another cup more than he wants(ed) to be here for Bedard. His words before signing with the detroit signaled that. That said, it was 2 years ago and him and Bedard have crossed swords a few times so maybe its different now.

Kaner coming back for goal 500 would be too much for everyone too probably.

That’s not the video. There is a later season one where foligno and Dickinson are leaning on the boards yelling. Can’t find it anymore. Also can’t find the tweet from the beat yesterday that said Sorensen said “things that haven’t come out yet” and the beat wrote something like “this is likely due to Jason Dickinson who was vocal about not being ok losing his ice”
