As a fan of the college game (and a frequent traveler to watch various varsity teams play), I applaud the NCHC for having the moxie to publish next season's schedule when the rest of the DI conferences are still months away from even hints of game dates & matchups.

Fun fact: Miami's last win was against Lindenwood on Oct. 26. Looking forward to making the trip...and to having that winless streak be a distant memory by then.

I've been to St. Louis twice (once for a food crawl) and Mr. Meowski's in St. Charles and the Soulard Market are musts. Possibly Grace too if we have time.

All three are solid choices, though widespread geographically & culinarily. You are the foodie I once aspired to be, before antacids & statins became regular parts of my diet.
