Tournament centre is gonna be packed
That sucks.Going to be a parking nightmare out there. Lakehead is missing out on a significant amount of revenue by being forced to the much smaller tournament center. Not sure what they can facilitate but it can't be more than 1200-1500. With it being western coming for town the gardens would have been 3600+. Ticket sales canteen sales and beer sales all being lost... Ouch.
Wow, you can diagnose an injury from a live stream, *and* you can know what the conversation was between a coach and a player without being in the room? I guess that's what makes you an insider...Waterloo blows 4-0 lead in 3rd and loses 5-4 OT
Onuska left leg got injured and Bourque decided to keep him in net. Onuska had no push in that leg.
Give credit to Windsor but Bourque should of put Murphy in net for 3rd period

Uh-oh! I shouldn't have assumed, you're right.I was at game and talk to Onuska after “my leg was hurting real bad but I tried to play thorough it “
Bourque should of yank after 2nd goal
Don’t assume. I’ve known Onuska since he was kid
Fwiw. You and I have chatted many times at Waterloo games always had good chats![]()

I just wonder if Onuska said he could stay in after the second period, so Bourque went with what the player told him. Tough call in the moment, and I'm not sure it would have ultimately made a difference - Waterloo was on their heels so far in that third period and OT.
An observation from the host Ottawa Gee Gees. Zach Dietz gets the start over Frankie Lapenna, who was the number one all season. Not sure if Lapenna is hurt or if Dietz has just been the better goalie as of late.
