2025 - 2026 Sudbury Wolves Season Thread, Part IV

Outmatched, plain and simple. Obviously we’re not the only team in that boat. We get into the playoffs and play them we may lose in 3. Giving up the slot way too much and would need stingier goaltending although they scored some nice goals. Interested to see Brantford. Hands down the best team I’ve seen come in this season. Tough part of the schedule coming up. I see we’re playing Rouyn twice, they seem to be a strong team.

I like the idea. With the in-season tourneys like Top Prospects and IIHF U17 already on the calendar maybe the CHL should have a showcase all-star or OA tourney or something like it

It would be cool for fans to see different see different set ups. There are a lot of games though. I don’t know how motivated players would be, plus injury risks

You have their uniforms now. How would you tell the two teams apart?!?!

If anyone wants to know how you can go from a top 3 uniform to a bottom 3 uniform, jsut look at those green jerseys. Who the hell was in the room when that was discussed?

green-white or green-yellow? I think the green-white are phenomenal. The N stars colours they’ve worn this season are ok, I think I like them more than most of the blues over the years.
 
You guys are crazy! Got some weird fumes up there? How on Earth woudl anyone prefer those green jersey’s over those classic Blue and Grey’s? Those are total classics and until the Flint Jersey’s dropped, I had those Wolves jerseys as the #1 out there.

Supporting those green jerseys are like having someone suggest Ottawa should go back to the Killer Puck Uniforms! Just wrong….

My top 5 OHL Jersey’s:

1> Flint (Blue&Orange)
2> Sudbury (Blues)
3> North Bay (Army Green)
4> Ottawa (Barber Poles)
5> Barrie (Whites)

I know a lot of people don’t like the North Bay jerseys but I really like all the thought and little things that went into crafting them.

The battalion jerseys are nice, both colours. Dude, the green-white wolves jersey is a classic beauty, as is the steelheads white. It’s the crest, the yellow outline of the wolf ruins that jersey for me.
I like the finer stripes, love a nice badge on the outside of the shoulders, and find the off coloured shoulder patch revolting.

The best jersey imo is the icedogs. I like the black Petes jersey too.

Not sure who you are or where you've come from but you may want to do a little research before you start disparaging the Wolves green jerseys.
The Wolves had always been in green until a poor excuse for an owner who's name I will not mention decided to change to blue and silver because he was a Dallas Cowboy's fan.
Show a little respect.

I am! The blue and silver were the best uni’s in the league for long time! Now? Not so much. Bottom 5 without a doubt.

Go back to the best! If ya look good, ya play good! Maybe it’s not Paps…..

No SSM? Have always loved those ones same with Windsor
