From TB it's either that or potentially a 7-8 year with an even lower AAV but more guaranteed. Nobody should be surprised by that alleged offer, it's appropriate.

This gives us the cash to chase Tuch if Raddysh takes it, which whether people like it or not, I think we will be doing

Raddysh would be stupid to take it, there will be plenty of inappropriate offers to choose from come July 1st.

I will be over the moon if he takes it!
 
I'm reading everywhere from people who obviously have no clue about JBB that this is just his "initial offer", when it's been well documented that he doesn't negotiate. He'll give the player options on AAV based on contract length and that's it.

BTW, a team offering 7x8.5 would more than double what we offered, and the guy would be 35 at the end of it with no prime years left.
