That’s amazing that an umpire can hear that.

Ohtani knew it, he looked back

Yankees might have caught a break with the interference, that seemed like exactly the kind of moment a guy like Ohtani finally shows up

Dodgers winning with this many injuries, imagine a healthy staff and Shohei and Kershaw back too, they are gonna have strong repeat potential.

Soto and Judge up down 1 let's see if they can get Yankees a run to at least tie it

Not to mention it's been heavily speculated they'll be the team to land another prized Japanese import in Roki Sasaki

Something tells me winning this world series is only going to inspire further spending/fortifying by the Dodgers ownership group.

Kershaw is probably done. Glasnow and Ohtani will be enough though. Though baseball is very tricky and repeating hasn't happened in over 20 years.

I wonder if they would’ve walked Stanton if they got Chisholm out

I wouldn't go that far. So much has to go right for a team to be able to repeat, even one as well equipped as the Dodgers.

Hell the Dodgers themselves are the best example of that. Look at the money they've thrown around in the past decade. On paper they should have probably like 3 or 4 titles, but yet they only have the one and they needed a weird/janky season to win it. (albeit with 3 appearances which is more than a lot of teams can say)
