Would need some market research. WNBA has 3 teams that don’t share their market with the NBA (they tried Tulsa), which is a lot when there’s only 12 teams, and even when they go to 14.

Yeahhhhhhh. It doesn't seem likely anytime soon, unfortunately. There are surely dozens of markets they'd be interested in adding first.
