Shitty loss, we need Lattimore for this Thursday night game against Philly. Hopefully they come out pissed against them

PHI are 7-2 but they're beating up on shitty teams.

Barkley is already close to 1,000yds but only has 6TDs, with 4 of those coming in wks 1 and 3. But he historically gashes WFT for a lot of yards. He's the guy they have to focus on.

AJ Brown is perpetually banged up but is a big play receiver. Double him.

Hurts is not running as well as years past. Pressure him.

They're mostly doing it with the pass rush vs bad teams and shitty o-lines. They can be beaten.

Steelers are a top 10 D

Had the bye week to prepare for KK and JD

We lost by 1

Eagles no. 2 D ...

This is where it gets tough ... 1st looks getting taken away, run game is slowing, less open field for JD to tuck and run

Wasnt going to be JD going 26/30 all season

If we beat philly on thursday I will completely forget about this game

Also f*** wilsonand pit for laughing their asses off when newton jumped offsides at the end of the game, and f*** tomlin for throwing shade at JD when he was compared to Lamar

Tomlin is also 23-6 against rookie QB's (make it 24)

Dude deserved to be laughed at. Everyone in the stadium, including the maintenance personnel, knew what was happening. Hopefully he’s not like KR guy, learns from it, and never does it again.

O line got abused at times, don’t recall a game this season in which D players were in the backfield, with such regularity, seemingly before the O knew what to do.

All in all, not a bad game…key players out/playing hurt, other guys “playing” their way out of playing time, a learning experience all around. Hopefully coaching staff makes adjustments, so far this season it’s been demonstrated they will.

He's a rookie, he gets one pass. Yeah it cost us the game but he'll definitely learn from the way he looked after the game

Don't know if Wylie was the glue or not. Lucas was also out. Even with all that they had the game for the taking.

No shame in losing by a point to the Steelers. Sucks, because the game was right there - but Russ made a few more plays at the end to win it. That’s what they do - ugly it up, hang around, and somehow win by a FG or less.

Also, their front 7 might be the best in football. The pressure hurried up JD’s clock, causing a few uncharacteristic misfires (in addition to a ton of drops). They were doing all these stunts and twists, so there was often a second level of pressure that closed off any rush lanes for JD. They play well against Lamar regularly, so they have a solid game plan for running QBs.

We are a different offense without BRob, and especially without JD scrambling to get ahead of the sticks and extend drives. Hopefully, Lattimore, the o-linemen (Lucas, Wylie, Biadasz) and BRob will be healthy for TNF. Get mad and beat those Eagles!

Definitely have to beat the Eagles this week. But yeah, it wasn’t an amazing effort but they lost a really close game against a really good team. They’re probably 4 inches away from getting a first down, and I think if they get it they at least get a shot at a field goal before the end of the game.

I wouldn't say it cost us the game, we had already pissed away the lead. It cost us the chance to reclaim the game -- but there were plenty of guys who had one or more than one major f***k up that cost us the game just as much, or more.

There were so many other things that contributed to losing that game that last penalty is meh to me.

Miami Dolphins cornerback Kendall Fuller sustained his second concussion of the season in the third quarter of Monday night’s game against the Los Angeles Rams. Fuller had previously sustained a concussion in Week 3, during Miami’s 24-3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, and sat out the following game because he didn’t clear the NFL’s concussion protocol. “That’s obviously not ideal in any way, shape or form. We need to get all the feedback from experts to make sure that his healthy is okay,” Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel said.

Best wishes and speedy recovery for our guy Kendall

Caleb looking worse and worse every game. I think we broke him?
Yea, the Hail Mary broke that team. But, also, I think the 7 sacks a game he’s taking have more literally broken him. He looks so miserable on the sideline. He is the definition of “seeing ghosts” and having “happy feet”. He can’t even complete a 7 yd out at this point.

They just got beat badly by a terrible Pats team with Maye just running around playing schoolyard football. They might need to sit Caleb a few games for his own good, regardless of whatever a new OC tries to do. It’s amazing how well the Bears ruin QBs.

And its not like they don't have WRs to throw to.

Here's something interesting about the Bears vs Redskins OL rankings. Preseason, PFF had the Skins as 27th and the Bears as 11th. After week 10 (before the Pitt game) they had the Skins at 8 (up 3 spots from week 9) and the Bears at 26 (down 6 spots from week 9)

So DC went from 27 to 8 while the Bears went from 11 to 26. Lots of factors there including health, but QB play has to be part of it.

BTW, don't look now, but guess which receiver is #2 overall in the entire league in separation win rate (number of routes run vs number of times they got separation).

Hint, its our rookie WR with the famous football family name.

It’s him doing what he did in college…..holding the ball too long.

Yea, to be clear, I wasn’t absolving him from how bad he looks. It reminds me of Howell last year. You can complain about the o-line, and play calling - but, at some point you’ve just got to get rid of the ball faster. But, with all the hits, they become shell shocked and get worse. The David Carr Experience.

Look at Maye playing with arguably less talent and questionable coaching. Sure, he makes some dumb throws into double coverage, but he’s finding ways to move the ball, and make some big throws. Joe Burrow has had a bad o-line almost his whole career, and has been able to rise above it. Seems like the good ones find a way to show something even in adverse circumstances?

Anyways, I’m soooo glad it’s not us with the total dysfunction and disappointing QB pick. That’s wild that our PFF o-line grades flipped. AP prioritizing the IOL with Allegretti and Biadasz looks like genius right now.
