Any chance Slavin was in the seat next to Necas on the plane?
Or in his luggage?

Don't have anymore skater slots I believe.Any chance Slavin was in the seat next to Necas on the plane?
I definitely can tbh. I wouldn't put money on it, but I can see a path for it.Can't see him beating out 2 of Werenski, Slavin, Q Hughes, L Hughes, Miller, Sanderson
Miller can be a physical beast defensively. Next 1.5 seasons will be interesting.I definitely can tbh. I like Miller, but I think Vlasic is probably the better player already. He had the better year in terms of everything but points.
As well, there's a chance that Luke explodes next year and makes himself impossible to leave off, but if not, Guerin may be in favor of bringing another defensive specialist/PK'er.
Werenski and Luke are both negatively affected by the fact that the top two PP QB's are Quinn and Fox, and that's pretty much set in stone.
IIRC, it was Pavelski who knuckleballed the puck towards Luongo early in overtime. Luongo awkwardly made the save off his shoulder. Watching it, my stomach was in my throat - it was one of those shots that are insanely difficult to judge/control and I thought that was the end for Canada.Watching Stars vs Avs and seeing Parise, Pavelski, Suter and Jack Johnson all on the ice together in overtime is amazing. Nothing but love for all those dudes and will never forget the 2010 Olympic team they all played so well in. Last time we might see all of them play this playoffs....
It's not a guarantee he would hurt his career here. It could be a career accelerator, too.
It would be sweet if he could come over.Ok Swayman, your flight from American Airlines leaves in 5 hours...
Yeah not sure, unless they promised him the net and they couldn't with Lyon here originally. But like you said I don't see how he can be the guy. He might get 1 game in and then elimination round time.. At that point might as well just stick with Ned who at least has been here all week long. Is Lindgren really a big upgrade over Ned?? Plus he hasn't played hockey in weeks...The question is how far USA Hockey went to get him. He declined first and now the offseason training program suddenly is not that important after all. He's good at times, but very inconsistent. I don't see him as a better option than Nedeljkovic. Especially when he comes in the middle of the tournament. One game against Latvia maybe and then he should be ready for the quarterfinals. I just don't see it.
